About the Course
The All About Newborn Care course is a 2-hour session designed to provide new parents with essential knowledge and skills for caring for their newborn. We’ll cover everything from understanding newborn traits and behaviors to comforting techniques, as well as feeding options like breastfeeding and formula feeding. You’ll also learn about safe sleep practices, well-baby visits, diapering, bathing, and nail care. The course includes important safety training such as CPR and first aid, along with vital health tips to ensure your baby’s well-being. By the end of this course, you'll feel confident and prepared for every aspect of your newborn’s early development.

Jacael Wallace is a Certified Family Life Educator, Postpartum Doula, Parent Coach, and Pediatric Sleep Consultant with a Master’s Degree in Family Sciences. With extensive experience teaching and supporting families, she is passionate about equipping parents and caregivers to build strong, nurturing relationships. Her family education courses provide practical tools and evidence-based strategies to help participants confidently navigate the challenges of family life parenting.
