About the Course
The Growing Family, Growing Hearts: Navigating Siblings and a Newborn class is a 2.5-hour class designed to help parents manage the challenges of bringing a new baby home while adjusting to the needs of older children. Parents will learn strategies for preparing siblings, handling sibling rivalry, balancing family routines, and fostering positive relationships between children. By the end of the class, parents will have practical tools to support their growing family and ensure a smoother transition during this exciting but challenging time.

Jacael Wallace is a Certified Family Life Educator, Postpartum Doula, Parent Coach, and Pediatric Sleep Consultant with a Master’s Degree in Family Sciences. With extensive experience teaching and supporting families, she is passionate about equipping parents and caregivers to build strong, nurturing relationships. Her family education courses provide practical tools and evidence-based strategies to help participants confidently navigate the challenges of family life parenting.
