About the Course
The Understanding Newborn Sleep: The First 12 Weeks course is a 2.5-hour, one-day program designed for new and expectant parents to help them navigate the sleep patterns and challenges of newborns during the first three months. Participants will learn about typical sleep cycles, how to create a safe sleep environment, and effective soothing techniques for both baby and parent. The course also covers common sleep issues, safe sleep guidelines, and tips for managing sleep deprivation. By the end of the session, parents will have the knowledge and tools to support their baby’s sleep and their own well-being during the early stages of parenthood.

Jacael Wallace is a Certified Family Life Educator, Postpartum Doula, Parent Coach, and Pediatric Sleep Consultant with a Master’s Degree in Family Sciences. With extensive experience teaching and supporting families, she is passionate about equipping parents and caregivers to build strong, nurturing relationships. Her family education courses provide practical tools and evidence-based strategies to help participants confidently navigate the challenges of family life parenting.
