About the Course
Parenting in a Social Media World is a 1-day, 2-hour course for parents with children of any age, offering practical strategies for navigating the challenges of raising kids in the digital age. The course covers setting screen time boundaries, understanding the impact of social media on mental health, teaching online safety, and fostering positive digital habits. Parents will learn how to communicate with their children about their online lives, manage cyberbullying risks, and create a healthy balance between technology and family life. By the end of the course, parents will feel confident in guiding their children safely through the world of social media.

Jacael Wallace is a Certified Family Life Educator, Postpartum Doula, Parent Coach, and Pediatric Sleep Consultant with a Master’s Degree in Family Sciences.
