What is a postpartum doula?A postpartum doula provides emotional and physical support during the fourth trimester. This is the first twelve weeks immediately after birth. The fourth trimester comes with major transitions for mom, her body and her family. The postpartum doula helps with the baby but the primary focus is the mother and the family's experience. A postpartum doula also gives informational support. Providing information on postpartum recovery, feedings, parent-infant bonding, infant care and development. Help with tasks around the home that may become challenging with a new baby such as preparing meals, laundry, and keeping the home tidy.

How far in advance should I book you?Every client gets first come first served availability so it is best to secure our services as soon as possible. To secure the dates and time that you would like for your family, you must sign your contract and submit a 50% retainer fee of your total balance.
