About Us
As a Certified Family Life Educator, Jacael understands the need for educational resources and family support. We offer various support services that can be tailored to the needs of each family. We know parenting is a complex and ever-changing journey, and we are here to provide guidance and support along the way. We are committed to supporting and empowering families with the knowledge and skills to needed to improve their overall well-being and strengthen their family relationships. We offer many services, including family education courses, parent coaching, Postpartum Doula support, sleep consulting, and nanny services.

Meet Jacael
Owner of Family Tree Support Services
Jacael Wallace is the owner of Family Tree Support Services. Jacael has over ten years of supporting and working with families in many capacities. Jacael started her journey as a family life educator, sleep consultant, parent coach, and postpartum doula because of her interest in understanding families and her love for pregnancy, babies, and helping others. After completing her master's in Family Sciences at Concordia University, St. Paul, she has been provided with the knowledge and education on the importance of strength-based and preventative education to support and provide families with the tools that best support their families. Her passion for working with families grows as she leaves a lasting impact on every family she works with. She helps families feel confident and empowered daily during their parenting journey.
