About the Course
Feel confident and prepared as you welcome your newborn into the world! All About Newborn Care is a live, 2-part virtual workshop designed for expectant and new parents seeking practical, up-to-date guidance on infant care during the early weeks of life. Each session builds on the last—attendance at both sessions is required to receive the full workshop experience.
Led by a certified family life educator, this workshop covers:
Newborn traits, cues, and calming techniques
Breastfeeding, formula feeding, and burping basics
Safe sleep practices and SIDS prevention
Diapering, bathing, nail care, and baby hygiene
CPR, first aid basics, and emergency safety tips
Well-baby visits, developmental milestones, and health monitoring
Through expert instruction and supportive discussion, parents will gain the knowledge and confidence to care for their newborn with love, safety, and awareness.

Jacael Wallace is a Certified Family Life Educator, Postpartum Doula, Parent Coach, and Pediatric Sleep Consultant with a Master’s in Family Sciences. She specializes in newborn care, pediatric sleep, and positive parenting strategies for families with children of all ages. With years of experience supporting parents through workshops and one-on-one coaching, Jacael empowers families with practical tools rooted in evidence-based practices. Her mission is to help caregivers build strong, nurturing relationships and confidently navigate every stage of family life.
