She specializes in newborn care, pediatric sleep, and positive parenting strategies for families with children of all ages. With years of experience supporting parents through workshops and one-on-one coaching, Jacael empowers families with practical tools rooted in evidence-based practices. Her mission is to help caregivers build strong, nurturing relationships and confidently navigate every stage of family life.
