  • Tips for rest, nutrition, and healing during the fourth trimester

  • How to set boundaries, ask for help, and care for your mental well-being

With years of experience supporting parents through workshops and one-on-one coaching, Jacael empowers families with practical tools rooted in evidence-based practices. Her mission is to help caregivers build strong, nurturing relationships and confidently navigate every stage of family life.
