In Person Sleep Training & Consulting

Sleepless nights don’t have to be your “new normal.” With In-Person Sleep Training package, you’ll get a plan that’s tailored to your baby, hands-on overnight support, and ongoing guidance so you can finally feel rested and confident again.


This isn’t just about sleep—it’s about creating a calm, predictable rhythm for your baby and a more peaceful home for your whole family. Whether your little one is waking multiple times a night, you’re ready to move them from your bed to their crib, or you’re helping them share a room with an older sibling, we’ll work together to make it happen—gently, consistently, and with your goals in mind.


Perfect for families who:

  • Have babies ages 4–12 months

  • Want professional overnight help implementing a sleep plan

  • Need support transitioning from frequent night wakings

  • Are introducing a baby to a room with an older sibling

  • Prefer in-person, hands-on coaching in their own home


Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Initial Zoom Chat – We’ll talk through your baby’s sleep challenges, your parenting style, and your hopes for the weeks ahead.


Step 2: Sleep Questionnaire – You’ll share details about your baby’s current routines, sleep environment, and habits so we can create a plan that truly fits your family. This ensures we have the full picture to make recommendations that work for you and your little one.


Step 3: Schedule Your Nights – Two in-person overnight shifts (6 PM–6 AM or 7 PM–7 AM) at times that work for your family, based on availability.


Step 4: Personalized Sleep Plan – Sent 3 - 5 days before your first overnight so you can review it and ask questions before we start.


Step 5: Ongoing Support – For two weeks after our last night together, you can text or email me for help and reassurance as you follow your plan.


Total Costs: $1,350 (Additional nights may be available based on my availability at $36/hour.)
