Postpartum Wellness
​This course is designed to help new parents understand what to expect after childbirth, both physically and emotionally. You will learn about important warning signs to look out for as new parents, which will help you ease the transition into parenthood. The course will guide you through the steps needed to create an effective postpartum plan. Knowing how to take care of yourself during your postpartum period is crucial, and will empower you on this journey.

All About Newborn Care

Importance of
Parenting Styles
The course aims to help parents understand the four parenting styles developed by psychologist Diana Baumrind. Parents will learn how each parenting style affects their child(ren). In this course, parents will participate in activities and discussions with other parents to understand and implement the strategies and knowledge that they have learned in their everyday lives as parents.

Becoming a Sibling
Becoming the older sibling to a new baby is not always an easy transition, and it requires a lot of parental support and guidance. This course will cover introducing the pregnancy, the tough questions and big emotions, introducing the baby, being a big sibling, and more!

Teaches grandparents necessary health and safety guidelines concerning their infant grandchild. This course covers the importance of grandparents, postpartum emotions, keeping infants safe, play and development, safe sleep, and more!

This course discusses implementing healthy sleep habits while your baby is a newborn. While also learning the benefits of sleep for infants and the amount of sleep an infant needs daily based on age and developmental stage.
